Hiring Flutter Developer

As a Fluter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining mobile applications built on the Fluter platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to create high-quality mobile applications.

Flutter Developer Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, including at least 3 years with Flutter and Dart
- Strong proficiency in Dart and a deep understanding of the Flutter framework and ecosystem.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience implementing responsive designs across devices
- Familiarity with native iOS and Android development, and experience working with platform channels and native modules.
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party libraries
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Previous experience with technical hiring and mentoring junior developers is a plus
- Willingness to stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development
- Working experience with version control (GIT and version control repositories as GitHub would be a plus).
- Understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle and Agile development methodologies
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Fluter, and Dart.
- Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to identify requirements, design and develop new features and functionalities, and maintain existing applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and adheres to established coding standards.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure that the design and user interface meet the needs of the end-users.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, web sockets, and other third-party libraries to enhance the functionality of the application.
- Lead and mentor junior developers on the team, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality work and continue to grow and develop in their careers.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the technical leadership team to establish coding standards, development processes, and other best practices that promote efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan development efforts, ensuring that the team is delivering value to the business and end-users.
