We are looking for a software engineer capable of delivering complete solutions, with a strong focus on technological adaptability and workflow efficiency. In this role, success is measured by the quality, robustness, and speed of the final product, using AI tools to accelerate execution.

Requirements and Skills

Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of system architecture, data structures, and programming principles. Ability to validate and correct AI-generated output is essential.
Adaptability: Ability to work in an evolving technical environment. Capability to transfer core concepts (logic, architecture, databases) across different languages or frameworks, supported by modern development tools.
End-to-End Vision: Experience developing full features—from database structure and APIs to user interface integration.
AI-Native Development: Active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance productivity.
Critical Review Skills: Ability to audit AI-generated code to prevent technical debt and ensure system security.
Product Mindset: Ability to approach problems from the perspective of end-user value and usability.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Develop and maintain complete features across the stack.
Workflow Optimization: Improve personal and team workflows by adopting new technologies and development practices.
Architecture Contribution: Collaborate in defining and evolving the technical architecture of projects.
Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of code quality, robustness, and maintainability.
