We don't do 6-round processes, personality tests, or take-home projects that take 20 hours. Our process is direct and fast. 1 ### Application review 3–5 days We review every application. If your background fits what we're looking for, we'll reach out within 3–5 business days. If we don't move forward, we'll let you know — we don't ghost. 2 ### Intro call 30 min A conversation with a senior team member — not HR. We want to understand your experience, what you're looking for, and give you a real picture of what the role involves. 3 ### Technical interview 60–90 min A focused technical conversation or live problem-solving session relevant to the role. No trick questions. No algorithmic puzzles divorced from real work. We assess how you think and how you communicate. 4 ### Offer Within a week If it's a fit on both sides, we move quickly.
